Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of DIMZDEV Store and the purchase of digital products sold through the store.
1. Purpose
DIMZDEV Store provides scripts, resources, configuration files and digital content for FiveM servers. Any order placed on the store is subject to these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy.
2. Digital Products and License
The products offered are digital content. When purchasing, you receive a personal and limited right to use the relevant product; you do not receive any right to resell, redistribute or publicly share it.
- Any unauthorized resale, leak, sharing or redistribution is prohibited.
- Any attempt to decompile or copy the product without permission is prohibited.
- Products are intended for personal use or internal use on your server.
3. Orders, Payment and Delivery
Payment, checkout and digital delivery are processed through Tebex Checkout. Payment details, possible taxes, available payment methods and delivery timings are shown during the checkout process.
The customer must review the order details before confirming the purchase. Products are generally delivered instantly to the Cfx.re / Tebex account used during checkout.
4. Support
In case of installation issues, bugs or delivery problems, the customer must first contact DIMZDEV through the support email or the official Discord before opening any dispute.
5. Refund Policy
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, purchases of digital content are final. The customer acknowledges that the products may be delivered and used immediately after payment and cannot be returned like physical goods.
If an account is sanctioned, a server is closed, or the customer does not comply with the target platform rules, this does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
6. Liability
DIMZDEV aims to provide functional and documented products, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every modified server setup.
The customer remains responsible for the environment in which the product is installed, its dependencies, the server configuration and any local modifications.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights granted by the applicable law of the customer's country of residence.
