Refund Policy
DIMZDEV Store uses a no-refund policy on Tebex for the digital products sold through the store.
General Principle
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, purchases of digital products made on DIMZDEV Store are final and non-refundable after payment, delivery, download or product access.
When purchasing from the store, you receive a license to use digital content. The transaction is final and does not constitute the purchase of a returnable physical item.
Digital Products
- Scripts, files, configurations, digital access and FiveM resources cannot be returned like a physical product.
- Incompatibility caused by incorrect installation, missing dependencies, local modifications or a specific server setup does not automatically grant a refund.
- Purchases are linked to the account used during Tebex Checkout and must not be resold, shared or redistributed.
- If an account, server or third-party platform applies a sanction for rule violations, this does not entitle the customer to a refund.
- Digital content, virtual benefits or associated access have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Support Before Dispute
If you have an installation, delivery or bug issue, contact DIMZDEV before opening a dispute. Support will help verify the order, assist with installation, provide a fix or publish an update whenever possible.

Chargebacks and Abusive Disputes
Abusive chargebacks, fraudulent disputes or attempts to bypass checkout may result in support suspension, removal of resource access and reporting through Tebex tools when applicable.
